Hostel is extremely crowded, dirty, toilets have horrible smell + don't work correctly. All staff girls are rude, and will do nothing to help you. I had strong feeling that staff work there for free...very noisy at dorm A - impossilbe to sleep, airconditions are very old and work too loud. Pool is dirty, full of dead mosquitos. The only positive in this hostel is only Toby at the reception - only he could solve problems and really cares about guests.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that there were many staff members that spoke english as my portuguese is not very good. The outside pool area had lots of places to relax and was a good place to meet other travellers.

I did not enjoy how loud it was in that I was awake until after 2am both nights here as my fellow hostel guests stayed up in the common area.

The atmosphere

The not so clean common bath rooms
